本研究的主要目的在探討體育教師對有效體育教學的主觀概念。研究的方法採問卷調查的方式,瞭解教師的有效體育教學因素內容,再輛以實地訪談,以進一步掌握各因素的構成理由及重要性排序。受試對象包括師範生、實習教師及有經驗教師共526人。研究結果經綜合分析、討論後,得到以下的結論:
一、經統計處理結果,得有效體育教學因素六個,針對各因素之內容,並配合專家學者意見,分別命名為「課室管理」、「教學內容」、「教學能力」、「器材設備」、「成功學習」及「教學時間」等因素。
二、體育教師對有效體育教學因素的認同度,分別是有經驗教師>師範生>實習教師,且三者間的差異,達顯著水準。其次,就各因素的得分情形來看。三類受試對象一致以「課室管理」及「教學能力」兩因素的得分較高,而以「教學內容」因素的得分最低,至於其他因素的得分,則互有高低。再者,經F考驗結果發現,不同受試對象與各因素間的關係,其差異情形,均達顯著水準。
三、經訪談六位專家學者及六位基層教師發現,「教學能力」因素是專家學者認為影響體育教學有效與否的最關鍵因素,其次是「教學內容」因素,而「課室管理」因素的影響程度最低。至於基層教師則較強調「課室管理」因素的重要性,其次是「教學能力」,而以「教學內容」因素最不受重視。
The purpose of this study was to examine the physical education teachers' subjective concepts of effective teaching in physical education. We utilized questionnaire to find out physical education teachers' content of factors for effective teaching in physical education, then interviewing them in person, in order to realize the reason and the importance of each factor in order. Educational students, student teachers, and experienced teachers served as objects, in total of 560. The results of indepth analysis and discussion of each research issue were as follows:
1.The statistics shows there are six factors of effective teaching in physical education based on the content of each factor and the opinions from the experts (scholars), they are respectively named as follows:"class management","teaching content", "teaching ability", "equipment and facilities", "successful learning", and "teaching timing".
2.The physical educational teachers' identification degree of effective teaching in physical education is experienced teachers>educational students>student teachers respectively. In addition, the variance among these three ones reach the level of significance. After that, from the score of each factor we can obtain than all these objects score "class management" and "teaching ability" higher; however, "teaching content" get the lowest score. As for the score of other factors, it depends. Furthermore, we can see after ANOVE that the variance of the relationship between various objects and each factor reach the level of significance.
3.After we interview six experts and six fundamental teachers, we can find that "teaching ability"(factor) is the most important one that influences effective teaching in physical education, after that is "teaching content", while"class management" is the lowest one. As for fundamental teachers, they put more emphasis on "class management", then is "teching ability"; however, "teaching content" is the less important.
