本研究主要目的在於探討臺灣韓語教育推廣之歷程,並調查了解臺灣韓語教
育推廣之現況、問題,再綜合研究發現,提出改進臺灣韓語教育推廣的建議。
本研究採文獻分析與問卷調查的方法,首先探討韓語推廣政策的演變及現況、
在臺灣推廣韓語教育相關機構、各國語言教育推廣政策;其次,根據文獻探討的
結果,編製「臺灣韓語教育推廣之調查問卷」,進行調查研究,藉以瞭解目前韓
語教育推廣機構之教育現況;最後根據研究結論,提出具體建議。本研究對象為
在臺灣韓語教育推廣機構中韓語的學習者, 問卷總發送份數為 387 份問卷,實得
有效樣本為 318 份,問卷處理則採用 SPSS12.0 統計套裝軟體進行統計分析。
綜合文獻探討與問卷調查所得之資料,得到以下結論:
一、 臺灣韓語教育推廣之現況良好,其中教師教學、韓語學習動機等方面,
較獲得認同。
二、 臺灣韓語教育推廣之中,以學習環境與設備等相關學習設施仍有待改
進。
三、 不同韓語教育機構之學習者間,韓語學習的動機,存在顯著差異。
四、 臺灣韓語學習者對臺灣韓語教育推廣之教育課程設計相關方面,在不同
年齡、不同韓語教育機構之學習者間存在顯著差異。
五、 臺灣韓語學習者對臺灣韓語教育推廣之學習環境與設備方面,在不同韓
語教育機構之學習者間存在顯著差異。
六、 臺灣韓語學習者對臺灣韓語教育推廣之教師教學與教材內容方面,不同
個人變項之學習者間無顯著差異。
根據研究結論,對韓國政府有關部門提出下列建議:
一、 宜擴大設立世宗學堂
二、 在臺灣韓語教師水準佳,應持續維持優勢,為確保教師員額充足,宜
設立培養韓語教師專業發展之機構
三、 應增加對韓語教育推廣之預算
四、 目前臺灣韓語學習者的主要學習動機是對流行文化之關心,為持續學
生之學習動機需要有相關努力與支持作為。
根據研究結論, 對臺灣韓語教育機構提出下列建議:
一、 確保完備之所需設備及教材。
二、 救國團與大學推廣部等機構需要確立課程系統化。
三、 繁體中文韓語教材的開發及普及須再加強。
四、 宜持續強化教師教學專業性。
The main purposes of this study are to explore the relevant connotation and
process of implementation, and to survey the current situation of dissertation Korean
language education in Taiwan. Then understand the problems arising from that
Korean language education in Taiwan so as to make a comprehensive study and to
offer proposals for improvement of administration managed by the Korean language
education institutes.
In order to accomplish the purpose this study has adopted the methods of
historical document analysis as well as questionnaire. Firstly, the researcher explore
the relevant connotation and process of implementation so as to understand the history
of Korean language education policy and current situation in the world, Korean
language education institutions in Taiwan, and other language education
dissemination institutions in the world. Secondly, the researcher compile
“Questionnaire for Korean language education in Taiwan” based on the result of
exploring the historical documents for survey and study so as to understand the
situation of Korean language education in Taiwan. Finally, the researcher offers
substantial suggestions based on the conclusions of the study. The questionnaires
were delivered to Korean language institutions. 318 out of the 387 questionnaires sent
out were effective. The statistics software tool used for the questionnaires analysis
was the SPSS for Windows version 12.0.
From the data of exploding historical document and of questionnaire, the
conclusions have been reached as follows:
1. The current situation of the dissemination of Korean language education in Tai
wan is good. Especially aspects of teacher’s teaching and motivation, the mo
st gain recognition.
2. The current situation of the dissemination of Korean language Education in T
aiwan, the equipments associated with the learning environment and learning
facilities needs to be improved.
3. The aspect of Taiwan Korean learner motivation, there is a significant differe
nce between Korean language learners of different educational institutions.
4. The aspect of educational curriculum design, there is significant differences bet
ween the ages and Korean educational institutions.
5. The aspect of Learning environment and equipment, there is significant differ
ences between different Korean educational institutions.
6. The aspect of teacher’s teaching and teaching materials for Korean language
education in Taiwan, no significant differences exist between the individual
variables.
Based on the conclusion above, this study made the following suggestions on
future policy making:
First, Korean government should expand Se-jong Korean language school.
Second, the standard of Korean language teachers in Taiwan is good. To continue in
maintaining the advantage, and to solve the teacher shortage problem, Korean teacher
training institutions which develop professional development should be established.
Third, the budget for the promotion of education in Korean should be increased.
Fourth, the main motivation of Korean language learners in Taiwan is the interest of
Korean pop culture, so teachers need to make more efforts looking for a motivation
that will catch students’ interest.
According to research findings, this study made the following suggestions on
Korean language institutions:
First, to ensure complete equipments and materials needed for teaching. Second,
the China Youth Corps and University Extension Department need to establish a
systematic curriculum. Third, to strengthen in developing and promoting Korean
language text books by traditional Chinese character. Fourth, teachers should improve
their professionalism.
