目的:本研究係以不穩定平衡介入跆拳道品勢訓練為基礎,探討品勢的運動選手 經不穩定平衡介入訓練前後穩定性的差異性。方法:受試者為15位黑帶以上的跆拳道 品勢選手,其中有8位男性及7位女性。進行為期一個半月的不穩定平衡介入運動訓練 (下肢控制能力訓練),每週訓練3天,每天的訓練項目包含5分鐘的暖身動作,重複進行 每次2秒的左右腳動態伸展熱身動作各10次,10分鐘的肌力熱身動作。再以 Core-Tex 平 衡訓練器進行每次15秒的左右腳獨立步及側踢停止姿勢、各10次的前踢、側踢、高麗 上端側踢及高麗下端側踢動作。測驗項目:爆發力、柔軟度及靜態平衡檢測動作 ; 並收 集受試者插腰垂直跳的跳躍高度、前後分腿高度與左右分腿寬度以及靜態 Y 字平衡的 運動學資料,統計方式係以重複量數 T-test 檢驗分析法比較前後測之跳躍高度、分腳長 度、分腳寬度及平衡距離之差異,顯著差異 α = .05。結果:爆發力、柔軟度、靜態 Y 字平衡的前後測驗結果皆有進步。結論:利用 Core-Tex 平衡器搭配燈光反應系統訓練 可增加選手的爆發力、柔軟度及平衡能力,有助於提升跆拳道品勢選手的穩定性。

Purpose: This study investigated the differences in the postural stability of the Poomsae athletes before and after unstable balance training, based on Taekwondo Poomsae training. Methods: The study included 15 Taekwondo Poomsae athletes, each with a black belt or above. The participants (eight men and seven women) underwent one and a half months of intervention training with unstable balance exercises (lower limb functional training). The sessions were conducted three days a week and would start with a 5 minute warm-up exercise, repetitive 2 second left and right leg dynamic stretching exercises (ten repetitions), and a 10 minute muscle strength exercise. Subsequently, the Core-Tex reactive balance trainer was used to perform 15 seconds of pause stances with Oreun hakdari and sidekicks of the left and right foot, as well as ten repetitions each of front snap kicks, side kicks, and Koryo side kicks. Power, flexibility, and static balance movement detection were tested. In addition, the partici- pants’ kinesiological data were collected, such as their vertical jump, straddle-stand, straddle- sit, and static Y-balance. Finally, the paired t-test was used to compare the differences in the pre- and post-test counter movement jump height, split leg length and width, and balance dis- tance, with a statistical significance level of α = .05. Results: There were improvements in the post-test outcomes regarding the explosive force, flexibility, and static Y-balance. Conclu- sion: Using the Core-Tex reactive balance trainer in combination with the light reaction train- ing system increased the athletes’ power, flexibility, and ability to balance, which is beneficial to the postural stability of Taekwondo Poomsae athletes.
