目的:本研究在探討200公尺衝刺後以不同泳姿動態恢復,對隨後游泳衝刺表現及生理恢復的影響。方法:以20名游泳選手為受試對象,依照個別專項分為蛙式組10名(年齡,16.6 ± 0.5歲;身高,173.6 ± 3.0 cm;體重,63.1 ± 3.3 kg)及自由式組10名(年齡,17.3 ± 1.6歲;身高,170.1 ± 4.8 cm;體重,65.6 ± 4.1 kg)。兩組均進行100公尺自由式以及蛙式測驗,以判定動態恢復速度,即55% v•max (maximum velocity)。間隔48小時後,依照專項進行200公尺衝刺,接著隨機接受三種15分鐘不同泳姿動態恢復處理,包括自由式處理 (front crawl, FC)、蛙式處理 (breaststroke, BS) 及靜態處理 (passive recovery, Con),每次處理間隔48小時,實驗處理後再次進行200公尺衝刺。實驗過程中,分析游泳衝刺表現、划幅、划頻、血乳酸及血氨。結果:在自由式組的部分,第二次200公尺衝刺表現上,自由式與蛙式處理顯著優於靜態處理(變化量,FC vs. BS vs. Con, -0.78 ± 0.91 vs. -0.29 ± 1.26 vs. 0.91 ± 1.78%, p < .05),血乳酸濃度在自由式處理後顯著低於靜態處理 (FC vs. Con, 3.58 ± 1.16 vs. 5.44 ± 1.77 mmol•L-1, p < .05)。在蛙式組的部分,第二次200公尺衝刺表現上, 蛙式處理顯著優於靜態處理(變化量,BS vs. Con, -0.50 ± 0.81 vs. 0.64 ± 0.78%, p <.05),血乳酸濃度在蛙式處理後顯著低於自由式與靜態處理 (FC vs. BS vs. Con, 3.52 ± 0.65 vs. 2.75 ± 0.62 vs. 4.60 ± 0.53 mmol•L-1, p < .05)。結論:本研究結果顯示,以相同泳姿進行動態恢復,應可促進隨後的游泳衝刺表現與生理恢復。
