本研究運用計畫行為理論為研究架構,目的在了解吸菸糖尿病人的戒菸行為意圖。研究對象為台北市某醫學中心有吸菸的糖尿病人,以橫貫式調查進行研究,樣本數共120份。研究結果如下:1.個人背景因素,男生109人、女生11人,平均54.5歲,糖尿病病史平均7.1年,有合併症者佔25%。 2.本研究對象未來2個月內可能或一定會戒菸者佔33.3%,沒有意圖及不確定者佔66.7%。3. 研究對象的態度和行為意圖的相關最高,知覺行為控制是其次,主觀規範最弱,三者與行為意圖有顯著水準,都呈現正相關。4.研究對象的戒菸態度與行為信念、結果評價的乘積和,主觀規範與規範信念、依從動機的乘積和,知覺行為控制與控制信念、知覺力量的乘積和有顯著水準,皆達正相關。5.複迴歸分析,態度和知覺行為控制讓整體解釋力達R²=65%,顯示態度與知覺行為控制對戒菸行為意圖的預測力強。
綜合而言,吸菸的行為是複雜的,只有1/3的病人會戒菸,建議醫療人員給與不想戒菸的病人不管年齡、性別、教育程度,應放入更多有效衛教策略,甚至法規更強力介入,病人的行為才有可能改變。
In this study, Theory of planned behavior to study architecture, aimed at people with diabetes understand smoking cessation behavioral intentions. Study for a medical center in Taipei smoking diabetic in the Trans-style survey research, a total of 120 samples. The results are as follows: (1)Personal background factors, 109 male and 11 female, mean age 54.5 years old, the mean duration of diabetes of 7.1 years, there are complications accounted for 25%. (2)This study accounted that 33.3% patients who will quit within the next two months,and 66.7% have no intention and uncertainties.(3) Attitudes and behavioral intentions are positively correlated. The control of behavioral is the second, subjective norm weakest is third. (4)Conviction of quit attitude, behavior and the results of the evaluation of the product are positive correlation. The subjective norms , normative beliefs ,motivation of the product, perceived behavioral control and control beliefs, the product of perception and power, there is a significant level and positive correlation .(5)The Multiple Regression R² = 65%, show attitude and perceived behavioral control strongly predict behavioral intention to quit.
Smoking behavior is complex , There are only one-third of patients will quit smoking. It is recommended to give the medical staff did not want to quit regardless of patient’s age, gender, education level. So that we should be placed in more effective health education strategies, and even regulations more powerful intervention to change the patient's behavior.
