Environment can influence a person's creativity. The aim of this paper is to exemplify how learning environment can influence creativity and the relation of e-learning between environment and creativity of Taiwan’s hospitality undergraduate students. Empirical approach is adopted, and the following methods are employed: documentary analysis, questionnaire, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and regression analysis. 359 Taiwan hospitality undergraduate students are sampled as the main research objects. We also find E-learning can mediate environment and creativity. Suggest teacher should pay more attention to create positive classroom environment and build E-leaning environment for hospitality education. The findings also provided useful ideas for advancing research in the field even further.
