  • 本研究目的在探討五年級學童個人背景因素、社會心理因素、社會環境因素與蔬果攝取行為之間的關係,且瞭解五年級學童蔬果攝取行為的現況。以新北市中和區一所高年級學童為研究樣本對象,於民國104年9月進行正式問卷調查,共得有效問卷239份。
    其研究發現可歸納以下幾點:
    一、 占六成一的研究對象有每日攝取三份蔬菜,約六成四的研究對象有每日攝取二份水果。
    二、 高家庭社經地位者在蔬果攝取行為優於低家庭社經地位者。
    三、 研究對象之蔬果攝取自我效能、蔬果攝取社會支持(家人、老師、同學及朋友)、蔬果的喜好、蔬果攝取角色楷模、家庭蔬果攝取可獲得性、家庭蔬果攝取可近性與蔬果攝取行為間呈現正相關; 蔬果營養知識與蔬果攝取行為間呈現負相關。
    四、 整體預測變項可解釋蔬果攝取行為的聯合解釋變異量達53.30%;自我效能和角色楷模對蔬果攝取行為為主要的影響,其中以蔬果攝取自我效能影響最大。

    Friut and Vegetable Intake Behavior and the Correlated Factors:A study on an elementary school students in New Taipei City

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the current friut and vegetable intake behavior of elementary school students. The correlation between personal background factors,social psychology factors﹐social environmental factors and fruits and vegetables intake behavior were also studied.The subjects were 5th grade studied from an elementary school in New Taipei .A self-designed questionnaire was used as research instrumen.The survey was conducted In September﹐2015,A total of 239 valid sample were collected .
    The findings of this study weae as followings:
    1.About 61% of subjects consume 3 portion of vegetables a day , about 64% of subjects consume 2 portion of friut a day.
    2.Students with high social economic status had better the fruit and vegetable intake behavior than low social economic status sudents.
    3.Friut and vegetable intake behavior was positively correlated with self-efficacy ﹐social support (family、teachers、class -mate and friend)、preferences 、role modeling 、availabilily and accessibility .Friut and vegetable intake behavior was negatively correlated with fruit and vegetable nutrition know -ledge.
    4.The over prediction of joint variables can explain 53.3% of the friut and vegetable intake behavior .Self-efficacy and role models are two major factors to predict friut and vegetable intake behavior﹐where seif-efficacy has the greatest impact amount all factor.
