Digital technology continued advance day by day. Wireless networks allow mobility, portable and convenience to using of roaming ability, add the value of personal carrier. When the mobility technology extends to the cultural relics collection of museum, the APP mobility guidance has become a new form of innovative for museum services. This study is based on the users of the National Palace Museum APP Navigation Guidance System as research object, the users experienced APP navigation system by touching navigation interface to explore the museum, and give the users different experience from the traditional reality roaming, to attract more users to use the APP personalized guided navigation system. and increase visitors to use the museum's modern navigation system.
This research is based on questionnaire surveys method, were collected 210 questionnaires, and analysis by SPSS& Amos 2.0. Found out that (1) Processes Familiar with interface will has positive relevance, when the user operates the Museum APP Navigation System. (2) The user’s Self-confidence of the operating Museum APP Navigation Systems will improve the Museum APP Navigation Systems function. (3) After a user undertaking Museum APP navigation system, experiencing with the collection of different cultural contacts, text collection of articles. The Museum APP navigation System becomes valuable. (4) When the user undergoing the multimedia of Museum APP Navigation System, will increase the user’s experience value and has positive relevance with the intention of use. Expectations of the future, The usage of the Museum APP Navigation System may combined with educational resources to cover different areas.
