家庭共同參與休閒活動對於整體家庭成果具有正面影響。在國內，
障礙兒童之家庭休閒需求是否獲得足夠支持並被滿足，值得關注。本研 究依據家庭生活品質理論探討障礙兒童之家庭休閒與家庭成果間的關 係，將家庭生活品質視為家庭成果，家庭休閒參與度作為支持，家庭休 閒滿意度則作為支持所產生的結果，同時也將探討可能造成影響的背景 因素。研究採用問卷調查法及相關研究法，透過線上調查問卷調查障礙 兒童之家庭，以及非障礙兒童之家庭休閒及家庭生活品質現況。研究對 象主要為育有 3-12 歲兒童之家庭，並依據兒童是否具有身心障礙證明 或發展遲緩證明分成障礙兒童組(n = 70)與非障礙兒童組(n = 109)。 資料處理部分將以描述性統計了解兩組家庭休閒、家庭生活品質及家庭 休閒阻礙現況，並使用無母數分析法比較組間差異;接著在將背景變項 重新分組後，使用無母數分析法進行組別間比較，探討背景因素的影 響;最後使用皮爾森積差相關及階層迴歸分析，了解家庭休閒與家庭生 活品質間的關係。研究結果指出兩組家庭的休閒參與樣貌相似，兩組參 與度的差異程度雖然不具統計意義，但在需要較多大人引導與計畫，或 是需要孩子具備一定程度的認知、體能、互動等能力之休閒活動上的參 與頻率、參與持續時間、參與度會較非障礙兒童組低，這些活動對障礙 兒童的家長與家庭來說可能較具挑戰性。在家庭休閒阻礙部分，障礙兒 童家庭更常受到害怕外界眼光以及家中資源不足的因素阻礙休閒的參 與。在不同的背景變項上，結果顯示障礙兒童家庭的休閒參與度不因背 景因素而有明顯不同，但兒童具自閉症診斷與否則會在家庭休閒滿意度 上有顯著差異。最後，研究結果發現家庭休閒參與度對家庭生活品質的 預測力不具統計顯著性，家庭休閒的滿意程度能有效提升對家庭生活品 質的解釋力。本研究為國內首次同時調查障礙兒童與非障礙兒童的家庭 休閒和家庭生活品質現況之研究，並分析兩者情況之差異，同時亦補足 了過去文獻中少以探討家庭休閒滿意度的不足處。研究結果發現與家庭
休閒模式(Townsend et al., 2017)有些許不同，僅家庭休閒滿意度對家 ii
庭生活的滿意程度的預測力具有統計意義，這顯示此模式可能無法完全 適用於亞洲文化國家或有特殊需求群體。另外，障礙兒童的家庭休閒滿 意度可視作為家庭的支持成果，且此成果會進而對家庭的生活品質產生 作用。未來的研究、政策制定者以及實務者應重視障礙兒童家庭休閒滿 意度的提升與促進。

Family leisure has positive impact on overall family outcomes. In Taiwan, whether there is enough support to satisfy leisure need for families with IDD children remain unclear. This study aims to explore the relationship between family leisure and family quality of life in families with IDD children, and to identify variables that may have influence on family quality of life. The researcher used online questionnaires for Taiwanese families to explore the condition from families with IDD (n = 70) children and TD (n = 109) children. Then the researcher analyzed the data with descriptive analyses, between-group comparisons (Mann-Whitney U Test), pearson and spearman’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression. The two groups had similar pattern in family leisure participation, but there was higher proportion in IDD group than in TD group reported that they had never involved in some leisure activities. Families with IDD children had lower family leisure satisfaction and family quality of life. Hierarchical regression suggested a model in which family leisure satisfaction a predictor in family quality of life. Professional practitioners and policy makers should focus on improving quality in leisure involvement. This study was the first to survey family leisure condition in Taiwan across families of children with and without disabilities.
