近年來,隨著全球化的發展,企業之間的競爭也日益激烈,組織如何維持競爭優勢,員工的知識與智慧都成了創造企業價值不可或缺的指標。而傳統學習所能讓員工表現出的績效著實有限,無法讓工作執行者獲得最直接的有效支援,展現應當呈現的績效表現。
而以績效作為設計概念所開發的電子績效支援系統可以在適宜的時機給予使用者適切的資訊提供任務上適合的支援,讓其在工作中學習,提升任務完成度與增進績效表現,進而促進組織整體的績效成長。本研究將以資源基礎理論為觀點,針對六間個案公司,以文獻分析法與個案訪談法來探討企業導入電子績效支援系統的概況與導入關鍵成功因素。
研究結果顯示:(1)網路品質、(2)知識資產、(3)教育訓練、(4)企業組織文化及(5)高階主管支持,都是導入在電子績效支援系統上不可或缺的關鍵成功因素。最後也進一步提供具體建議以作為企業在導入電子績效支援系統之參考,期許本研究能為企業在導入電子績效支援時作為評估依據,進而幫助企業在導入過程中更加順利。
In recent years, with the development of globalization, competition between enterprises is becoming more intense, how to maintain the competitive advantage of an organization,the knowledge and wisdom of employees have become an integral part of corporate value creation targets. The traditional learning for allowing employees shows limited performances , and it can not give the employees the most direct and effective support, the performance should be presented to show the performance.
A performance as a design concept developed electronic performance support system can give the user the appropriate time to provide appropriate information on the task suitable support, so that in the work and learning, the completion of task and enhancing performance, thus contributing to the organization overall performance growth. This study will be base on resource-based view, againsting the six companies to case study research and literature analysis to explore the business case to introduce electronic performance support system overview and introduction of critical success factors.
The results show that: (1) network quality. (2) knowledge assets. (3) education and training. (4) organizational culture and (5) top management support. All are essential to the introduction of electronic performance support systems. The key success factor. Finally, further specific recommendations as enterprises in the import reference Electronic Performance Support Systems, hopes this study can provide enterprises in the implementation of electronic performance support as the basis for this assessment to help companies be more successful during the import process.
