以加速溶劑萃取法來萃取空氣微粒、土壤及底泥等固態環境污染物中的待測物,已成為近年來倍受矚目的樣品前處理技術。本實驗主要使用加速溶劑萃取當作樣品的前處理技術、針對大氣塵粒中重要的三十五種多苯環芳香烴化合物 (polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs) 進行定性、定量分析。
實驗中以 PAH 的標準溶液利用添加至經採樣過後的濾紙上,以此含 PAH 之標準大氣塵粒來建立萃取的條件,並進而研究其基質對回收率的影響。
同時也配合同位素稀釋質譜法來進行標準參考樣品及真實樣品中 PAH 的定性、定量分析。實驗中利用五種含同位素之內標準品配合同位素稀釋質譜法來偵測,此法不會受到待測物回收率的影響,精確度高。在實驗中未經淨化的步驟直接由同位素稀釋質譜法去定量,並經由 SRM-1649 樣品之多次驗證,測出的結果皆在證書的確認值範圍內,證明此法具有高度的準確性與精密性。
本方法運用於台北都會區空氣懸浮微粒之分析測定,實驗結果顯示台北市空氣懸浮微粒中 PAH 含量不多。
Accelerated Solvent Extraction has become a prominent sample preparation technique for the extraction of organic pollutants from environmental samples (e.g., airborne particulate matter, soil, and sediment) in recent years. The aim of this research is to develop a new sample pretreatment technique for 35 important polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs, in airborne particulate. The efficiency and recovery are compared with those from Soxhiet extraction.
Airborne particulates are prepared by spiking standard solution on filter. The standard airborne particulate sample thus obtained were used to establish ASE experimental parameters, and study the effect of matrix on recovery.
Another goal of this research aims at the development of a new analytical scheme using isotope dilution GC-Mass spectrometry(IDMS) for analyzing ASE-pretreated samples, the urban dust. Five appropriate deuterated internal standards are used in conjunction with IDMS to determine contents of PAHs in SRM-1649. With this technique, one can determine the contents of PAHs in urban dust with good precision and accuracy.
This method is successfully applied to airborne particulate samples collected in Taipei metropolitan area. Results indicate pollution of PAHs in Taipei city is apparently low.
