本研究以紮根理論的方法,結合NUD*IST4電腦軟體分析三齣心理劇的逐字稿,將心理劇發展歷程分為「導演導劇歷程」與「主角改變階段」二部份,其中「導演導劇歷程」又可再分為「導演導劇步驟」與「導演介入方式」。研究結果發現導演導劇所經過步驟為:「演出前準備」、「問題呈現」、「從過去經驗尋找問題根源」、「挑戰矛盾」、「問題解決」與「結束」六個程序。導演介入方式可依使用目的與效果的不同分為「過去與現在連結並呈」等十種。主角的改變則可依其認知、情緒和行為的轉變分為「前改變階段」、「準備階段」、「潛伏階段」、「認知重組階段」、「啟發階段」和「確定階段」六個階段。研究結果採用故事線、流程圖與分類表三種方式來呈現。
This study combined the grounded-theory methodology and NUD*IST4 analysis techniques to analyze three psychodramas’ script. The process study of psychodrama was divided into ‘director working process’ and ‘protagonist changing process’. The former one was further separated into ‘directing procedure’ and ‘director intervening skill’.
The result shows director working process would pass through the following procedure :‘pre-performance preparation’, ‘demonstrating problem’, ‘ finding out the reason of problem from protagonist’s pass experience’, ‘confronting the conflict’, ’problem-solving’, and ‘ending’. The director intervening skill can be separate into ten different types by his(her) intention and the effect of the skills. Depending on protagonist’s state of cognition, emotion, and behavior, the protagonist changing process can be separated into ‘pre-changing stage’, ‘preparation stage’, ‘incubation stage’, ‘cognition reorganizing stage’, ‘illumination stage’, and ‘confirmation stage.’ This research used story-line, flowchart, and category table to present the finding.
