摘要:
本研究是以矽膠為基質,聚合四級鏻鹽與銨鹽的陰離子交換劑,經由漿式
填充,以單管柱離子層析法(SCIC)配合電導偵檢法與間接UV光度偵檢法
,對常見的有機或無機陰離子的層析行為進行探討。實驗是以一系列有機
直鏈雙質子酸(乙二酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸及己二酸)和鄰苯二甲
酸鹽(KHP)為沖提劑,研究動相參數(包括:沖提劑的種類、濃度、pH
值與有機修飾劑的濃度等)、靜相之離子交換基的化學結構(包括:交換
中心原子的種類與交換中心原子周圍烷基結構),其對試樣離子滯留行為
的影響。結果顯示:由於試樣陰離子在交換劑上的滯留機制是屬於離子交
嵐吸附交互作用的結果,若適當地改變上述的動相參數變因,以及靜相交
換基的結構,均能有效改善試樣陰離子的選擇性及解析度,例如:增加有
機雙質子酸沖提劑的碳鏈或增加沖提劑之pH值或交換中心原子周圍烷基結
構較有立體障礙時,均能降低對試樣陰離子的選擇性,但若增大交換中心
原子的半徑時(例如:氮原子改為磷原子),則上述條件對試樣陰離子的
選擇性較無影響。
Abstract
The silica-based anion-exchangers were synthesized by
copolymerization with quaternary phosphoium and quaternary
ammonium salts. The retention behavior of analyte anions was
investigated by single-column ion chromatography(SCIC)with
conductimetric and indirect UV detections. A homologous series
of dicarboxylic acid(oxalic acid,malonic acid, succinic acid,
glutaric acid and adipic acid)and o-phthalic acid as eluents
have been shown to be effective separation of some organic and
inorganic anions. The reteion behavior of analyte anions is
dependent on stationary phase, the structure of the anion-
exchanger, and dependent on mobile phase variables including the
types, concentraction, pH value of eluents, and concentraction
of organic modifier. Selectivity and resolution of
chromatography can be improved by controlled conditions. The
retention mechanisms of analyte anions are interaction from
adsorption and ion exchange with the stationary phase.
