將 (環庚三烯)三羰鉻陽離子錯鹽與鋅銅試劑反應,可合成C-7位置上帶有長鏈氰官能基的1,3,5-環庚三烯三羰鉻衍生物,經由官能基的轉換得到帶有醛肟基的化合物,再利用側鏈帶有醛肟基之1,3,5-環庚三烯進行分子內1,3-雙偶極環化加成反應,並且可以得到一個不同以往的立體控制的順式-反式的isoxazoline雜環。
利用 (環己二烯)三羰鐵陽離子錯鹽與鋅銅試劑反應,製備帶有長鏈酯基之-1,3-環己二烯化合物,經由官能基的轉換得到帶有長鏈帶有三級醇的1,3-環己二烯化合物,在0.1當量CeCl3.7H2O和NaI存在下,可催化醇類化合物環化得到四氫呋喃骨架衍生物。
Addition (cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene)chromiun cation with zinc-copper reagents to give (cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene)chromiun complex which have a cyano group side-chain at C-7 position of the ring.Through functional group change to give oxime compount.Then, intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene
-tethered oxime.The intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of cycloheptatriene
-tethered oxime proceeded in a different stereocontrolled manner to produce cis-trans tricyclic isoxazolines.
Addition (cyclohexa-1,3-diene)iron cation with zinc-copper reagents to give (cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene)iron complex which have a ester group side-chain at C-5 position of the ring. Through functional group change to give alcohol compount. Alchhol compount catalized with 0.1 equiv. CeCl3.7H2O-NaI to give tetrahydrofuran derivative.
