    本研究的主要目的在探討青少年家庭系統分化、心理分離-個體化、自我發展及情緒適應之間的關係。本研究以台北縣市九所國中二年級學生共915人作為研究對象。本研究所使用的研究工具包括「家庭系統分化量表」、「青少年心理分離-個體化量表」、「自我發展量表」及「情緒適應量表」。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。所得資料以單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究的主要發現如下:
    一、不同性別青少年所知覺的家庭系統分化程度沒有顯著差異。
    二、不同性別青少年在心理分離-個體化之「親近焦慮」、「分離焦慮」 分量表的得分有顯著差異,在「自我讚賞」和「抗拒控制」分量表的得分則無性別上的差異。
    三、不同性別青少年在自我發展之「自我認同」、「勤奮努力」及「活潑自主」分量表的得分有顯著差異。在「自動自發」分量表及自我發展全量表的得分則無性別上的差異。
    四、不同性別青少年在情緒適應之「情緒覺察」、「情緒界限」、「情緒表達」分量表及情緒適應全量表的得分有顯著差異。在「情緒處理」分量表的得分則無性別上的差異。
    五、家庭三個次系統分化能預測青少年的心理分離-個體化。家庭三個次系統對心理分離-個體化則各有不同的預測力。其中以「父子次系統分化」和「母子次系統分化」對心理分離-個體化的預測力較高。
    六、家庭三個次系統分化能預測青少年的自我發展,其總解釋量為15.9%。 其中,「父子次系統分化」對自我發展的預測力較高。
    七、家庭三個次系統分化能預測青少年的情緒適應,其總解釋量為19%。其中,「母子次系統分化」對情緒適應的預測力較高。
    八、心理分離-個體化之「自我讚賞」、「親近焦慮」、「分離焦慮」、「抗拒控制」能預測青少年的自我發展,其總解釋量為48.2%。
    九、心理分離-個體化之「自我讚賞」、「親近焦慮」、「抗拒控制」、「分離焦慮」能預測青少年的情緒適應,其總解釋量為32.3%。
    十、家庭系統分化、心理分離-個體化能同時預測自我發展及情緒適應。整體而言,心理分離-個體化對自我發展及情緒適應的預測力較高。
    十一、家庭系統分化會藉由直接影響心理分離-個體化而間接影響自我 發展及情緒適應。
    根據本研究結果,本研究提出建議,做為學校輔導、親職教育及未來進一步研究之參考。
