This study attempts to explore the triggers of the degree of business greening. This study also wants to verify whether the influence of external factors or internal factors has a stronger effect on the degree of business greening from the organizational perspective.
A total of 141 copies were collected from the survey of enterprises that were implementing enterprise greening. These questionnaires were collected from managers of the human resources department or business departments. After deducting the invalid questionnaires, the results of the study were statistically analyzed in SPSS 23 in 119 valid samples, and the results of the study showed: (1) Green training has a significant impact on the degree of business greening; (2) Green transformation leadership also has a significant impact on the degree of business greening; (3) External sustainable pressure has a significant impact on the degree of business greening.
This study asserts the following suggestions for enterprises in this study: (1) Enterprises must implement green training which helps companies grow in the future; (2) Under external pressure, green transformational leadership is crucial to the enterprise, and it can also avoid greenwash; (3) Green transformational leadership has a stronger effect on the degree of business greening than external sustainable pressure. Green transformational leadership can continuously affect the degree of business greening which can improve the sustainable development of the company.
