  • 本論文旨在建構一套『中文語音學
    習系統』,採用觸控式螢幕作為學習者與電腦之間的介面,並結合多媒體
    之動畫、聲音、圖像的效果,以提供外國人或是本國小朋友,從中文字形
    對應中文發音,學會正確中文發音的一種學習方式。本系統是在視窗環境
    下發展而成,主要分為『文句編輯』與『語音播放』兩個模組。『文句編
    輯』模組提供編輯文章的功能,供作學習者聆聽發音的文句範本,當然在
    編輯過程中也能立即地試聽中文字句的發音效果。而『語音播放』模組則
    提供學習者學習中文發音的功能,經由手指觸摸螢幕以選擇課文內的任意
    中文字句,而能聽到正確的中文發音。在系統設計與發展方面:本系統預
    先錄製1326個從一聲到輕聲,包含了所有可能的中文單字音予以編碼儲存
    ;並設計了一個『附帶注音符號』之中文字輸入模組;再透過系統之基音
    代碼查詢表(Look-up Table),以作為文句轉語音的過程中尋找發音代碼
    的依據;最後在時域下以單字音的模式驅動發音模組而合成中文語音,對
    於語音之音量亦能做適度地調整。為評估本系統之效能,並作為系統再修
    正之參考,特請幾位外國人、本國人及小朋友進行系統軟體使用測試。結
    果在中文發音之理解度、使用者操作之方便性、人機介面之親和性、多媒
    體效果等方面都有不錯的表現。這對於學習中文發音確實有所幫助,期能
    在中文語音之電腦輔助教學領域上有所貢獻。

    The purpose of this study
    was to develop a Chinese Speech Tutoring System on touch screen
    monitor for foreigner or children to learn Chinese
    pronunciation. It integrated the functions of computer text,
    animation, voice, and real time images to provide a Chinese
    text-to-speech learning system.There were two major parts of
    this Chinese learning system. One was the "Sentence Editing
    Module". And the other was the "Speech Reproduction Module".
    Both of them were working in the environment of WINDOWS 3.1
    package. The sound of every character which was edited on the
    screen could be reproduced if any learner's finger touched its
    location. The instructor can save any Chinese character and its
    sound with this self-developed editing system before student
    study it.All possible Chinese phonemes were encoded as a look-up
    table according to their phonetic features. Thus they can be
    decoded after searching the index of their corresponding codes.
    There were 1326 Chinese phonemes encoded from the National
    Phonetic Symbols in this system for reorganizing any demanded
    pronunciation. The tone and volume of any phone can be adjusted
    by user through controlling the menu. Several foreigners,
    children and friends were asked to test this self-developed
    system. It is apparent that the friendliness, flexibility and
    naturalness are available for learners after improvement.
    Therefore, this text-to-speech system can be beneficial for
    anyone who want to learn Chinese through CAI courseware.
