The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing staffs' knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy and behavioral intentions of regular exercise while using smart wearable devices. Research subjects are nursing staffs from a medical center in Taipei. The research tool was a self-designed structured questionnaire after being reviewed by Cathay General Hospital Institutional Review Board. A total of 264 valid samples were collected. The recovery ratio is 88%. The following results were drawn from this research:
1.The research subjects had a medium level of knowledge about smart wearable devices. Studies have shown that the research subjects have a positive attitude towards smart wearable devices.
2.The research shows that the influence on the smart wearable device has a slight positive trend in exercise self-efficacy.
3.Subjects' gender, time to start using a smart wearable device, and perceived health status significantly affect regular exercise behavior intention.
4.Time to start using smart wearable device, knowledge and attitude of the research objects can affect the behavioral intention, and explain 55.4% of the variance.
