本研究旨在探討職業學校電子科學生技術創造力評量,並建構電子創新設計能力量表、創新指標與評分標準。採文獻探討、專家會議與問卷調查等方法以達成研究目的。
本研究是以八十九年度台灣北部地區設有電子科之公、私立高級職業學校二、三年級電子科為研究對象,取樣6 所公私立高職學校樣本數278份,有效回收樣本253 份,有效回收率91%。量表與問卷獲得資料,採用次數分配、百分比、t 考驗、信度分析等統計方法進行分析。
統計分析後獲得主要結論如下:
一、創新性、精密性、實用性為評量職業學校電子科學生技術創新設計指標。
二、本研究所設計之評量表,信度考驗採用評分者信度與重測信度。電子創新設計能力量表的創新性、實用性、精密性其評分者一致性信度介於0.666***~0.797*** 均達顯著水準。重測信度所得的相關係數介於0.388~0.506,均達.05 以上顯著水準。效度方面採用對照團體效標關聯效度考驗,得到電子創新設計能力量表成績方面,不同技術創造力程度的學生,其電子創新設計能力的表現有顯著差異。技術創造力較佳的學生,優於技術創造力較差的學生。顯示此量表不失為有效可信技術創造力評量之工具。
三、分別針對創新性、精密性以及實用性,訂定評分標準。
最後,根據本研究所得結果,提出對教學課程內容,以及對未來研究
之建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the evaluation of technological creativity for the electronic department students in vocational high schools and to establish Electron Innovative Design Ability Scale (EIDAS), innovative indicator and score evaluative standard. Three methods were used in this study:literature review, expert conference, and questionnaire.
This study employed cluster sampling of 253 students from the vocational high schools in the northern Taiwan. The data obtained were analyzed with frequency, percentile, t-test and reliability analysis. The primary result is as follows:
1. The innovative indicator of EIDAS is innovation, practicability and precision.
2. Furthermore, the reliability of evaluators and test-retest reliability coefficients for the EIDAS were moderately acceptable with value from 0.666 to 0.797 and from 0.388 to 0.506. The electronic department students at different levels of technological creativity have significant differences on EIDAS,students of advanced technological creativity are better than students of basic technological creativity. These results indicate that EIDAS is not only a reliable but also a valid tool to evaluate technological creativity.
3. To establish the evaluative standard of EIDAS for innovation, practicability and precision.
Based on the results of this study, some suggestions for the content of
teaching curriculum and for future research were proposed for reference.
